By using torzon-gateway.guide ("the Gateway", "this site") you agree to the terms set out below. These terms exist to clarify what this site is, what it is not, and the limits of any reliance you place on its contents.
1. Nature of this site
The Gateway is an independent informational resource. It documents how to reach the Torzon onion service when the user's network restricts direct Tor access (bridge relays, pluggable transports, geographic mirror redundancy, mobile connectivity). It is not an operator, escrow agent or counterparty to any transaction conducted on the Torzon marketplace. It is not a vendor and does not solicit orders.
2. No warranty
All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Bridge addresses, transport configurations and mirror endpoints are published in good faith but network conditions change continuously — verify each value against the PGP-signed list under Network Security before relying on it.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, security or operational-security advice. The technical explanations are educational. You remain responsible for assessing the legality and safety of any action you take based on what you read here.
4. Jurisdiction notice
Tor itself is legal in most jurisdictions and used daily by journalists, researchers and dissidents. Access to specific darknet marketplaces, and to specific categories of content offered there, is regulated differently depending on where you reside. The Gateway documents connectivity techniques generally; it is your responsibility to know whether your particular use case is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to:
- Scrape or mirror the site for the purpose of reselling its content as your own.
- Attempt to probe, attack or degrade the site's infrastructure.
- Submit unlawful, abusive or harassing messages to the support address.
- Misrepresent yourself as an operator or affiliate of the Gateway.
6. External links
The Gateway links to third-party resources (the Tor Project, F-Droid, the App Store, public bridge directories). It does not endorse, control or audit those resources. Visiting them is subject to their own terms.
7. Intellectual property
Original text on this site is published for free reading. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish the site wholesale, present it as your own work, or claim affiliation with the Torzon project where none exists. The "Torzon" name and logo belong to their respective operators; references on this site are nominative.
8. Trademark and brand
The Gateway uses the name "Torzon" descriptively to identify the onion service it documents. No commercial relationship is implied. If a rights-holder believes a specific reference is misleading or infringing, contact [email protected].
9. Indemnity and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Gateway, its contributors and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with use of this site or reliance on any information published here. Your sole remedy if you find a published value inaccurate is to stop using it.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a material way, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes, and the change is noted under News. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
